هدفت الدراسة تعرف أهم الصعوبات التي تواجه أعضاء هيئة التدريس في الجامعات السعودية عند استخدام الموارد التعليمية المفتوحة وعلاقتها ببعض المتغيرات. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، وطبقت الدراسة على (358) عضو هيئة تدريس من جامعات مختلفة. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن أبرز الصعوبات التي توجه الأعضاء قلة المتخصصين لتصميم الموارد التعليمية، وقلة المتخصصين علميا المتواجدين للمساعدة في عملية التواصل والمتابعة المستمرة عند استخدام موارد التعلم المفتوحة، بالإضافة إلى ضغوط العمل الأكاديمي أو التكليف الإداري، كما أن أكثر أعضاء الهيئة التدريسية قدرة على مواجهة الصعوبات في مجال التعليم الإلكتروني هم من لديهم خبرة من 5-9 سنوات، حيث بلغ قيمة المتوسط لها (12,53) ثم يليهم في القدرة على مواجهة الصعوبات من هم في درجة أستاذ مشارك. The study aimed at identifying the obstacles to the application of TQM at Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz University, and to know the effect of gender variables, specialization, scientific qualification and years of experience in the estimates of faculty members of obstacles. The sample consisted of (203) faculty members from Prince Sattam Bin Abdul Aziz University the second semester of the academic year 37/1438 e. In order to answer the questions of the study, a questionnaire was designed with a score of (60) paragraphs, and it was confirmed by using the equation of Cronbach Alpha, where the total stability coefficient (0.91) was applied and the questionnaire was collected and collected and analyzed statistically. The weakness of moral incentives especially for those who excel in the application of total quality, and the least obstacles were the lack of participation of faculty members in administrative aspects. The results of the study did not show significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the constraints of the application of TQM according to the variables of study (gender and scientific qualification) in all axes, and the variable years of experience in all axes except the educational leadership axis). The study revealed that there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = 0.05) in the constraints of the application of TQM according to the variable of specialization in all the questionnaires in favor of specialization theoretical colleges, and the variable years of experience in (the educational leadership axis only) 5 years. The study presented a set of proposals and recommendations in the light of the results. (Published Abstract)
