The study aims to identify the reality of the job enrichment of female employees in the domain of gifted in the Department of Education in Al Kharj district, to determine the level of their job satisfaction, and to investigate the effect of job enrichment on job satisfaction. To achieve this goal, the researchers have used the descriptive approach and collected the data by using a questionnaire which has been designed and applied on a sample consisted of 96 female employees. The results indicated that the level of job enrichment was of an average degree, whereas the level of job enrichment was of a high degree, the result also showed that there is strong relationship between job enrichment and job satisfaction. The study gave a number of recommendations based on the results. (Published Abstract)
