The aim of this study is to determine the level of Pedagogical Content Knowledge PCK of secondary biology teachers in the photosynthesis unit according to the Pentagon model. The study sample consists of 75 teachers of Biology in secondary schools in Makkah area. The survey has been conducted by Park & Suh (2015), which includes two main components: knowledge of students' understanding of science (KSU) and knowledge of science teaching strategies (KSIR). The results of the study showed that the "knowledge of students' understanding of science KSU" ranked first, while the "knowledge of science teaching strategies KSIR" ranked second. The results of the study also indicated that there is a significant correlation between the KSU and KISR. (Published Abstract)
