This study aimed to recognize of the relationship between the factor of satisfaction job and developing of the effectiveness of school teacher behavior in UNERWA school. The instrument of study was a questioner which implemented on a sample about (302) teachers. The result of study appeared that: 1) the most factors of satisfaction job of the teachers in UNERWA schools was: the safe of the school system and internal control, the professional needs of teachers in the school table, the existence of the safety freedom, democratize for teachers and using a new and different technique of education supervising. 2) There is affect for the variable of sex for the male, high qualification and primary school on satisfaction job. 3) No affect for the variable of experience on satisfaction job.
