This study aimed to determine the degree of faculty members' professional competency, community college, Shaqra University. The study sample consisted of (81) students. The study instrument was prepared in the form of a questionnaire, consisting of (28) items, in terms of fours aspects: teaching planning, teaching implementation, evaluation, and psychological and affective aspect of students. The questionnaire validity and reliability were achieved. The results revealed that the degree of faculty members' professional competency, community college, Shaqra University, was medium (3.42). Teaching implementation came in the first place, followed by teaching planning, and psychological and affective aspect of students. Evaluation came last. Results also indicated that there are no statistically significant differences in the means answers of students attributable to the study level. In the light of the study results, the researcher presented a number of recommendations: holding training courses for faculty members, community college, Shaqra University, to develop their professional competency, especially in evaluation.
