This study aimed to identify the differences between students and students with special needs in benefiting from the services provided by Al- The aim of the study was to study the differences between students and ordinary students in assessing the reality of male and female students with special needs at Al-Jazira University, which is attributed to the academic level. The results of the study were analyzed using the SPSS program. The most important results of the study were: 1) the male and the female students with special needs at Al-Jazira State University of Sudan enjoy respect and special status in the administration of the university and among the university community. 2) The study also proved the absence of statistically significant differences between male and female students in need. The study recommended the need to develop and codify the services provided by the students in the evaluation of the status of male and female students with special needs in the use of the services provided due to the level of study. For students with special needs in Sudanese universities and the need to establish a body within each university college dealing with the affairs of people with special needs and their management.
