The present study aims at activating the role of digital citizenship in solving educational technological problems of Faculty of Education female students Taif University in light of educational needs. The study sample was composed of Faculty of Education female students in Taif University at the first semester of academic year 2015/2016, Descriptive, which is a suitable way to discuss problem for determining relationship between practice degree of digital citizenship behavior and its role in solving educational problems in the light of technological educational needs which can be achieved through activation of digital citizenship, the study found limited educational problems in technological target group sample in the current study, which are Faculty of Education female students in Taif University.
