This study focuses on the problem of exploring the difficulties of the director's work and its relationship to his professional satisfaction. It also attempts to shed light on the nature of these difficulties that may concern the teaching staff, the students' affairs, or the school environment. For this reason, the following questions were formulated: What are the difficulties of the director's work, and is there a statistically significant relationship between him and his professional satisfaction in terms of the specific dimensions of each variable? The results are limited in that the most difficulties are: lack of halls for the various activities, lack of maintenance of the school building, poor parents 'conviction of the importance of parents' councils and their participation in them, poor participation of teachers in no classroom activities, These results were discussed in light of their theoretical framework.
