هدفت الدراسة إلى تصميم قاموس في مصطلحات الملابس والنسيج باستخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية، قياس كفاءة قاموس مصطلحات الملابس والنسيج المقترح باستخدام تطبيقات الهواتف الذكية من الناجيتين (التقنية، التعليمية). تقديم تطبيق للهواتف الذكية يفيد الباحثين والدارسين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال تجميع وحصر وتوصيف المصطلحات المرتبطة بمجال الملابس والنسيج، والتحقق من مدى كفاءته من الناحيتين التقنية والتعليمية. وكانت أداة البحث عبارة استبيان قياس الكفاءة التقنية والتعليمية للتطبيق المقترح للباحثين والدارسين في مجال الملابس والنسيج. وذلك للإجابة على تساؤلات البحث والتحقق من فروضه. وأسفرت نتائج البحث عن اتفاق السادة المحكمين تراوحت بين 95,8% -100% مما يدل على أن كفاءة التطبيق المقترح ذات كفاءة عالية وصالح للتطبيق، والتي تتفق مع الدراسات الحديثة التي بينت الدور الإيجابي للتعليم المتنقل في العملية التعليمية. The research aims to designing a dictionary in terms of clothes and textiles using smart phone applications. Measuring the efficiency of the proposed glossary of clothing and textile terms using smart phone applications (technical, educational). Providing an application for smart phones that benefit researchers and scholars in the field of clothing and textiles. The research followed the analytical descriptive method by compiling, summarizing and describing the terms related to clothing and textiles, and verifying its technical and educational efficiency. The research tool was a questionnaire to measure the technical and educational efficiency of the proposed application for researchers and scholars in the field of clothing and textiles, in order to answer the research questions and verify his hypotheses. The results of the research led to the agreement among the arbitrators ranged between 95.8% -100%, indicating that the efficiency of the proposed application is high and is applicable, which is consistent with recent studies that showed the positive role of mobile education in the educational process.
