The study aimed to determine the role of strategic planning in the development of educational supervision from the point of view of educational supervisors in Rafha governorate. To achieve the objective of the study, the researchers developed a questionnaire consisting of one dimension, strategic planning in four sub-areas: the role of strategic planning in the administrative development of educational supervision, Strategic role in the development of the philosophy, mission and objectives of educational supervision, and the role of strategic planning in the development of plans, programs and methods of educational supervision, the role of strategic planning in the development of human and material resources for educational supervision, and the questionnaire was applied to (23) FH Governorate of Rafha. The results of the study led to the formulation of a proposed vision for the role of strategic planning based on the order of the areas according to their importance came first place the role of strategic planning in the development of philosophy and mission and objectives of educational supervision and then the role of strategic planning in the administrative development of educational supervision And then the role of strategic planning in the development of human and material resources for educational supervision, and then the role of strategic planning in the development of plans, programs and methods of educational supervision.
