This research aims to identify the concept of quality and its principles and highlight the importance and objectives of quality in the educational process, in addition to a review of the concept of e-learning and its importance, and the disclosure of the most important standards adopted for the quality of the e-learning system. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method, the main results of the research are: 1) Quality management is a nascent concept and has begun to expand and spread in all countries. 2) The quality system is very important in improving the educational process and developing it, and the teachers rely heavily on reforming and upgrading educational systems. 3) The quality of e-learning programs increases as they meet the standards of global nonprofit organizations. 4) Standards and indicators for the quality of e-learning vary in number according to the variety of studies and institutions that have addressed these standards.
