هدفت الدراسة التعرّف إلى درجة توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية، وأثرها في أداء مديري مدارس تربية محافظة المفرق، والتعرف إلى أثر متغيرات الجنس، والمؤهل العلمي، وعدد سنوات الخبرة في الإدارة، وتكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (260) مديرا ومديرة، تمّ اختيارهم بالطريقة الطبقية العشوائية، واستخدمت الباحثة الاستبانة، واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لتحليل البيانات؛ وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية لمديري مدارس تربية محافظة المفرق جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، وأن أثر توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية، على أداء مديري مدارس تربية محافظة المفرق كان متوسطا، ووجود علاقة موجبة وذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية، وأثرها في أداء مديري مدارس تربية محافظة المفرق، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لدرجة توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية، وأثرها في أداء مديري مدارس تربية محافظة المفرق تبعا لمتغير الجنس وكان الفرق لصالح الإناث بدليل ارتفاع متوسطهن الحسابي عن المتوسط للذكور، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في درجة توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في درجة توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية (ISO10015) في البرامج التدريبية، وأثرها في أداء مديري مدارس تربية محافظة المفرق تبعا لمتغير الخبرة والفرق كان لصالح فئة من (أكثر من 10 سنوات) عند مقارنتها مع فئة (من 5-10 سنوات)، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لأثر توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية في برامج التدريب على أداء مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق تبعاً لمتغير الجنس، عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) في أثر توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية في برامج التدريب على أداء مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α ≤ 0.05) لأثر توفر متطلبات المواصفة الدولية في برامج التدريب على أداء مديري المدارس في محافظة المفرق تبعا لمتغير الخبرة، وخرجت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات أهمها توفير قائمة مواصفات معيارية للأهداف المنشودة من برنامج التدريب، وإعطاء الفرصة للمتدربين لتطبيق الكفايات التي تدربوا عليها. The objective of the study is to know the degree of availability of the requirements of ISO10015 in the training programs and its impact on the performance of the managers of the schools of education in Mafraq Governorate. The study sample consisted of 260 managers and managers, Stratified, and the researcher used the questionnaire, and used the appropriate statistical methods to analyze the information. The results of the study indicated that the degree of availability of the requirements of ISO10015 in the training programs of the principals of Mafraq Governorate schools was medium. The effect of the requirements of ISO10015 in the training programs on the performance of the principals of Mafraq Governorate schools was medium , And a positive and statistically significant relationship between the degree of availability of ISO10015 in the training programs and their impact on the performance of the principals of the schools of Mafraq governorate and the existence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) to the extent of the requirements of ISO10015) in training programs, the impact In the performance of the managers of the schools of education in Mafraq governorate. According to the gender variable, the difference in favor of females was due to the increase in their average mean for males and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) in the degree of availability of the requirements of ISO10015 in programs. And the presence of differences of statistical significance at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) in the degree of availability of the requirements of international standard (ISO10015) in the training programs, and its impact on the performance of the principals of schools of education Mafraq governorate according to the difference of experience and difference was in favor of a class of (more than 10 years) When compared with a class (5-10 years), and there are statistically significant differences (α ≤0.05) for the effect of the requirements of the international standard in the training programs on the performance of school principals in Mafraq governorate according to gender variable. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤0.05) in the effect of the availability of the requirements of the international standard in programs Training on the performance of school principals in Mafraq governorate according to the variable of scientific qualification, and there were significant differences at (α ≤0.05) for the effect of the requirements of the international standard in the training programs on the performance of school principals in Mafraq governorate according to the variable of experience. The most important of which is the provision of a list T standard for the desired objectives of the training program, and give the opportunity for trainees to apply the skills which they were trained.
