The aim of this study was to identify the styles of parental treatment among the eighth grade students (boys and girls) at the basic stage of education in the schools of the city of Duwaim for the academic year 2016- 2017. The researchers used the descriptive method. The study's sample included (200) students. To investigate this study, the researchers used the styles of parental treatment as perceived by children, designed by Anwar Riyad and Abdulaziz Al-Muskib (1996). The following results were found: (1) There were statistically significant differences in the styles of parents treatments, (2), there were statistically significant differences in the styles of mothers treatment, (3) there were no statistically significant differences in treatment styles due to the mother's work, (4) there were statistically significant differences in the treatment of fathers according to their level of education, and (5) there were statistically significant differences in the mothers treatment according to their level of education.
