هدف البحث إلى الكشف عن مدى إسهام قادة مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة رابغ في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية تجاه الأسرة لدى الطلاب، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي لتحقيق أهداف البحث، وتم تطبيق استبانة على عينة عشوائية طبقية بلغت 215 معلما، في الفصل الثاني لعام 1438هـ -1439هـ، وتم استخدام المتوسطات الحسابية، للكشف عن مدى إسهام قادة مدارس التعليم العام في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية لدى الطلاب. كما تم استخدام اختبار (ت) واختبار تحليل التباين أحادي الاتجاه للكشف عن دلالة الفروق بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة التي تعزى لمتغيرات البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (α=0,05) بين متوسطات إجابات أفراد عينة البحث من المعلمين نحو مدى إسهام قادة مدارس التعليم العام بمحافظة رابغ في تعزيز المسؤولية الاجتماعية للطلاب تجاه الأسرة، تعزى لاختلاف المؤهل العلمي، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في تعزيز مسؤولياتهم الاجتماعية تجاه الأسرة، وكانت الفروق في اتجاه المعلمين في المرحلة الابتدائية مقارنة بالمعلمين في المرحلة الثانوية. وأوصى البحث إلى توعية الطلاب بصورة مستمرة بمسئولياتهم تجاه ممتلكات أسرهم في بداية الفصل الدراسي، وتشجيع الطلاب على مشاركة أسرهم في حل مشكلاتهم. The aim of the research was to uncover the extent to which the leaders of the general education schools in Rabigh governorate contributed to the enhancement of social responsibility towards the family in the students. The researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives. A questionnaire was applied to a random sample of 215 teachers in the second semester 1438-1439 AH. The mathematical averages were used to determine the extent to which the leaders of general education schools contributed to the enhancement of social responsibility among students. The T-test and the one-way analysis of variance analysis were used to detect the significance of the differences between the responses of sample respondents attributed to the research variables. The results of the study were as follows: The absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α= 0.05) between the average responses of the research sample members from the teachers to the extent to which the leaders of general education schools in Rabigh governorate contributed to enhancing the social responsibility of the students towards the family, Scientific differences in the promotion of their social responsibilities towards the family, and differences in the direction of teachers in the primary stage compared to teachers in the secondary stage. The research recommended continually educating students about their responsibilities towards their families' property at the beginning of the semester, and encouraging students to share their families in solving their problems.
