هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن العلاقة بين التوافق النفسي وبعض سمات الشخصية بين الطلاب (بنين، بنات) النازحين بالمرحلة الثانوية بمعسكر كلمة. وتتمثل مشكلة هذه الدراسة في التعرف علي اثر النزوح على التوافق النفسي وعلاقته بسمات الشخصية وفقاً لمتغير النوع ، وقد شملت عينة الدراسة 200 طالبا وطالبة من النازحين، تم اختيارهم عشوائيا من مدارس قرب المعسكر. استخدم الباحثان مقياس (التوافق النفسي الاجتماعي لهيو. م. بل المقنن على البيئة السودانية) والذي يتكون من 70 عبارة ومقياس سمات الشخصية (مقياس أيزنك لسمات الشخصية) مكون من 40 سؤال. قامت فروض الدراسة استناداً على الوقائع والمعطيات، تم استخدام لمعالجة البيانات واُتبعت الأساليب (SPSS) برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية الإحصائية المناسبة لاختبار فروض الدراسة. كشفت النتائج عن وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة احصائياً بين الدرجة الكلية للتوافق النفسي والدرجة الكلية لسمات الشخصية. وأن السمة العامة لأبعاد التوافق النفسي والسمات الشخصية تتسم بالسلبية. توجد فروق في التوافق النفسي لدي عينة الدراسة تعزي لمتغير للنوع لصالح الذكور. وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في سمة العصابية لصالح الذكور. وعلي ضوء هذه النتائج كانت هناك بعض التوصيات والمقترحات، أهمها إعادة تأهيل من يعاني من اضطرابات نفسية من النازحين، والاهتمام بالطفولة والمراهقة في معسكر كلمة للنازحين وذلك لأهميتهما من بين مراحل النمو المختلفة، التوجيه والارشاد النفسي. اقترح الباحثان اجراء المزيد من الدراسات والبحوث في مجال سمات الشخصية للنازح وعلاقته بالتوافق النفسي ومجالات أخرى ذات الصلة بالموضوع. This study was conducted to reveal the relationship between psychological adjustment and some personality traits among secondary school students at the Kalima camp for the displaced. The problem of this study is to identify the impact of displacement in psychological adjustment and its relation to personality traits according to the gender variable. The sample of the study included (200) students males females from schools near the camp, and the researchers adopted scale of psychological adjustment form from (70) phrases & personality traits scale form from (40) questions. Assumption of the study based on the facts and data, the statistical packages (SPSS) were used to process data and followed the following statistical methods to test the validity of the hypotheses. The most important results of the study were there is a statistically significant correlation between total degree of psychological compatibility and total degree of personality traits. The general trait of the psychological compatibility of displaced students is negative the overall characteristic of the personality traits of IDP students is negative There are differences in the psychological compatibility of the study sample due to gender variable There are statistically significant differences in the trait characteristic of males In the light of these results, there were some recommendations and suggestions, the most important of which is the rehabilitation of those suffering from Psychological disorders of the displaced, and care of childhood and adolescence in the Kalma camp for the displaced because of their importance Among the different stages of growth, counselling and psychological guidance. The researchers suggested further studies and research in the field of personality traits of the displaced and its relationship to psychological compatibility and other relevant areas (Published abstract)
