This study aims to identify the various obstacles that would avoid the effective performance of the educational guidance and guidance programs for the supervisors. These obstacles were classified according to the exploratory study into four parts: Obstacles to personal reparations, obstacles to professional and academic preparation, Obstacles related to the professional environment, obstacles related to the legal legislative branch, and also aims to identify the differences between the sample members by gender variable, professional experience and academic specialization. The study was based on a descriptive approach, It included a sample of the guidance counselors in the state of Oum al-Bowaqi and Batna, estimated at (75 counselors), where they were applied a questionnaire to measure the purpose of this study after calculating the characteristics of the psychometric, and after unloading the data of the study and tabulation and analysis resulted The results of the study on the existence of a set of obstacles, the first ranking occupied the barriers of the occupational area by (54.59) and the second ranked the obstacles related to the legislative and legal organization by (20.58%), followed by the third ranking judge obstacles that concern the professional and academic preparation by ( 1 6.94: The final scores on personal preparation were (7.45%). The study also revealed no differences due to gender, professional experience, and academic specialization. (Published Abstract)
