The aim of the research is to identify the psychological Well-Being among the university students, as well as to know the differences according to the variables of the gender and the specialization. Moreover, the researcher used the descriptive approach in discovering the psychological Well-Being, so that the research was conducted on a sample of (400) male and female students from the University of Basra. And for the purpose of achieving the objectives. It was necessary to build the scale of the psychological well-Being, thus the indicators of the honesty and the stability were taken in consideration, as well as the researcher used the following statistical means (the T-test of one and two independent samples, and the two way of the variance analysis), and results showed that the students of university enjoyed in the psychological Well-Being, as well as there are differences in the psychological wellbeing according to the variables of the gender for males, as well as the absence of the differences according to the variable of the specialization.
