The current research aimed at identifying intellectual stagnation among the students of the College of Education and revealing the differences between males and females on the scale of the intellectual stagnation. In order to arrive at results, the two researchers built a measure (scale) for the intellectual stagnation of university students. After the application of the procedures of reliability and validity, the scale was applied on a sample of 150 male and female students. Later, and for the access to results, the data were admitted to the (SPSS) program. The results showed that there is a level of intellectual stagnation higher than the average level, and that there are some differences of statistical significance toward females on the scale of intellectual stagnation, thus the researchers had arrived at the recommendations and the proposals.
