The research aims at identifying the general self-image and its relationship with psychological rebellion among intermediate schools students. The researcher used two tools; the first is the scale of self-image whose psychometric features were verified. The second tool is (Shalai, 2016) psychological rebellion scale, the psychometric features of the scale were tested by applying it on a random sample of (480) male and female students in the academic year (2015-2016). The results show that intermediate schools students have good level of self-image and that they positively view their own self-images. However, there are no statistically significant differences among males and females. Nevertheless intermediate schools students do have statistically significant psychological rebellion for females at the expense of males. There is also a positive correlative relationship between self-image and psychological rebellion. (Published abstract)
