The present research aims at identifying spiritual intelligence degree level among high achiever university students. It also aims at identifying the differences in spiritual intelligence degree level among high achiever university students according to: a) the variable of gender (males-females). And b) the variable of specification (scientific-humanitarian). Moreover, it aims at identifying spiritual intelligence degree level among low achiever university students and identifying the differences in spiritual intelligence degree level among them according to: a) the variable of gender (males-females). And b) the variable of specification (scientific-humanitarian). Research is confined to the students of the university of Basrah/ Day study. The scale was applied to (360) male and female students. The data was analyzed by the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS). The following results were obtained: 1) High achiever university students have high spiritual intelligence and there are statistically significant differences in the variable of gender for males; however, there were no differences in the variable of specification. 2) Low achiever university students have low spiritual intelligence and there are statistically significant differences in the variable of gender for males; however, there were no differences in the variable of specification.
