هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية ومعوقاتها، والمتطلبات اللازمة لإمكانية تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في كليات جامعة شقراء، واستخدم الباحث الاستبانة كأداة لدراسته، كما استخدم المنهج الوصفي التحليلي. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة شقراء، والبالغ عددهم 543 عضوا. أخذ الباحث عينة عشوائية من أعضاء هيئة التدريس في جامعة شقراء بلغ عددها 168 عضوا. وتوصلت الدراسة للنتائج الآتية: 1) إن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون بدرجة متوسطة على واقع تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في كليات جامعة شقراء، وبدرجة متوسطة على معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في كليات الجامعة. 2) أن أفراد عينة الدراسة موافقون تماما على المتطلبات المادية والبشرية والإدارية اللازمة لإمكانية تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية بجامعة شقراء. وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية بين استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة حول جميع محاور الدراسة وأبعادها باختلاف (الجنس، سنوات الخبرة في العمل الأكاديمي، عدد الدورات التدريبية في مجال الحاسب الآلي)، وكشفت النتائج عن وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية في المتطلبات الإدارية باختلاف متغير العمل، وكانت الفروق لصالح الأستاذ المساعد. The study aimed at identifying the scale of the application of electronic administration, the obstacles that hinder it, and the requirements to apply it in the colleges of Shaqra University. The study used a questionnaire to collect its data and the descriptive analytic method to analyze it. The population of the study was the university’s 543 teaching staff members and the subjects were 168 that were chosen randomly. The study found the following results: 1) The study subjects agreed moderately with the status of the application of the electronic administration and obstacles that face the application of the electronic administration in the colleges of the University. 2) The study showed that the subjects agreed completely with the financial requirements and the human resources and the administrative requirements for the application of the electronic administration in Shaqra University. 3) The study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the responses of the study subjects to the different axes with regard to (gender, years of experience in academic circles, and the number of computer applications courses attended), while it showed that there were statistically significant differences in the administrative requirements with reference to the job variable that was in favor of assistant professors.
