This research aims to recognize the requirements in order to develop the physical environment in the primary schools in Gaza Directorates as a point view of the concerned responsible. Also, to study the indication in differences of the average estimations in the applied sample for the needs of developing in primary schools according to the supervisor and the educational territory. Also, the study looking to find possible methods for this developing. To achieve the goal of this study, the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach. The sample in this research consist of the teachers of the primary schools in Gaza Directorates who belong the ministry of education and the teachers follows the UNRWA, where they were of (4543) teachers. The original sample consisted of (600) male and female teachers, who is about %13.2 of the whole number. The researcher used two methods in this research : an questionnaire and interviews , The questionnaire include three sections, the location of the school, its building and the classrooms and facilities. The questionnaire designed with the assistant of a group of expert and then it was tested on a pilot sample contains (50) teachers. The interviews made of (10) questions about the method of developing the physical environment in the primary schools. The researcher used the SPSS program for analyzing the results, and the following methods were used: averages, recurrences, ratio weight, Cronbach's alpha test, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The study findings were as follows: 1) The arithmetical mean of the sample estimations about all sections is (2.57) with percentage weight (%51.39) with a slightly agreement. 2) The arithmetical mean of the sample estimations about the school position section is (2.89) with a percentage weight of (%57.7) with a moderate agreement, while the percentages range of this section in between (%45.33 to %65.39). 3) The arithmetical mean of the sample estimations about the school building is (2.7) with percentage weight (%54.04) with a moderate agreement, and the percentage rang was in between (%49.32 to %57.79). 4) The arithmetical mean of the sample estimations about the classrooms and facilities is (2.37) with percentage weight (%47.45) with slight agreement, and the percentage range was from (%40.44 to %54.21). The result of the study variables: 1) The result showed differences in the average estimation about the section of the classrooms and facilities which was as a result of the school gender and favorable the boys schools. 2) No any differences concerning the statistics in the average estimation about the locality of the school because of the kind of the school. 3) There were some indicated differences in the average estimation for each section in the research sparely and for all sections together due to supervisors and that difference was biased to the ministry of education schools. 4) There were some indicated differences between the average estimations of the sample for each section and for all sections together due to the education district which was in favor of khanyounis. The study shows the conclusion and the recommendations: 1) The necessity to develop the requirements for both the government and the UNRWA schools based on the international criteria and a plan should be followed by the ministry of education and UNRWA to determine the needs of schools. 2) The necessity that ministry of education and UNRWA should modernize the used buildings guide to coincide with the international standard. 3) Course must be arranged for engineers to aware them about the importance in continuing in design buildings in general and specially the school buildings. And arrange meetings and workdays between engineers and educators including managers, teachers and students) to discuss the needs of the school. 4) Make benefit of the report offered by donor countries. 5) Develop the methods to evaluate the physical environment. 6) Appoint financial budget for the developing. 7) The continuity of researching in this field to collect more knowledge in Gaza directorates.
