هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى التعرف على اتجاهات الدارسين في دبلوم الإرشاد النفسي نحو برنامج الدبلوم من المسجلين في جامعة نجران للعام الدراسي 1435/1436 هـ ومعرفة مدى تأثر اتجاهاتهم بمتغيرات (الجنس وسنوات الخبرة والمرحلة الدراسية والتخصص العلمي) حيث بلغ عدد أفراد عينة الدراسة 83 دارسا ودارسة، وقد قام الباحث بإعداد أداة لقياس اتجاهات الدارسين والدارسات نحو دراسة الدبلوم وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن متوسطات اتجاهات الدارسين والدراسات كانت إيجابية ومرتفعة على الدرجة الكلية للأداة التي تم إعدادها. كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة في الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغير الجنس. وتوصلت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة في الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغير الخبرة، كما توصلت النتائج أيضا إلى وجود فروق دالة في الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغير المرحلة الدراسية وذلك لصالح العاملين والعاملات في المرحلة المتوسطة على الدرجة الكلية للأداة. وأشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق دالة في الاتجاهات تعزى لمتغير التخصص الجامعي بين ذوي التخصص النظري والتخصص العلمي، وقد تضمنت الدراسة مجموعة من التوصيات. The present study is an attempt to identify Najran University students’ attitudes towards studying Psychological Counseling Diploma for the academic year 2015/2016. The study was conducted in the light of some variables (gender, years of experience, educational stage and specialization). The sample consisted of (83) male and female students. A tool developed by the author to measure students’ attitudes towards studying the diploma. The results showed that students’ means were positive and high; no statistically significant differences found in attitudes due to gender. The study showed no statistically significant differences due to experience, and there were statistically significant differences due to educational stage in favor of employees of prep stage for the total degree of the tool. The findings indicated that there were not statistically significant differences in the attitudes due to specialization (between students of theoretical specialization and scientific one). The study concluded with a numbers of recommendations. (Published abstract)
