Evaluating programme of training teachers of Islamic Education in the Governmental Schools in light of the overall Quality Standers This study is intended to determine if total quality standers are applied training course for Islamic Education teachers at public school in Gaza governorates. Study problem focuses on the next main question: 1) How we could enhance the training course for Islamic Education teachers during teaching service at public schools to Total Quality Standers From the main question, secondary questions derivative as below: 1) What are the total quality standers should be available in training course for Islamic Education teachers? 2) How available the total quality standers in Training Course for Islamic Education Teachers? 3) How available the total quality standers in teachers performance who participated in the training course in teaching Islamic Education? To achieve the study objectives the researcher depended on qualitative analysis methodology the researcher a list of the standers for the total quality which leaded to create content analyzing tool, the researcher used the same material of the training course for Islamic Education teachers for analyzing, also sample study was defined by(20) male &female Islamic Education teachers at public school, chosen randomly from study society which is(34) male and female Islamic Education teachers who participated in the training course in Khan Younis governorate in (2009- 2010), then the researcher prepared the second study tool which is observing card which is consisted of(59) paragraphs, after ensuring of its creditability and stability it's been applied on the sample in (2012-2013), after analyzing the results statically, here's the outcomes: 1) Total Quality Standers match in all its aspects of the training course except one which is the heart lf the center of training which didn't meet the required level which was determined by 80%. 2) Teaching performance quality for Islamic Education teachers was on high level this showed that there is no lack in the performance of teachers in various areas of the observing card, the results showed that some of phrases were too high, others where high in terms of quality of performance. According to the outcomes, here are the suggestions: 1) Developing training courses up to the total quality standers so it meets the international training courses. 2) Follow up the implementation of training courses and ensure the transmission of the impact of training. 3) Involve all the required elements in designing, planning and executing training courses. 4) Developing the scientific research in the field of training teachers and encourage it and increase its funding. 5) Take advantage of specialized of expertise outstanding professors of Education in refreshing the program of preparing teacher before and during the service.
