The research aims: 1) To know the intemperance use of the internet by the University's students. 2) To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the gender's inconstant (Males - females). 3) To know the differences with a statistical indication in the intemperance use of the internet after the Major's inconstant (scientific - humanistic). This current research restricts a sample of the university students for both sexes. Theoretical frame: The research viewed several theories that explain intemperance use of the internet & the results. Research measures : 1) Research has been adapted the scale (Internet use) which was prepared by the Moroccan researcher ( Muhammad Muhammad Almaghribi) that measures intemperance ( Internet use) through the total grade that the examined get , the scale was adapted according to the Environment in Iraq & the Academic stage after assuring its credibility & stability & the manner of assuring each paragraph. 2) The scale has been applied on a sample averaged between (300) for both sexes (Males - Females) during the (15/11/2015), the researcher has been used the statistic programs for social sciences in Data process (SPSS) for analyzing results. The researcher reached to the results that are listed below: 1) The University's students have intemperance in using of the internet. 2) Results showed that the Males are more intemperance than the Females do. 3) The research results revealed that the humanistic major is more intemperate than the scientific major. The researcher has been submitted some of the recommendations & suggestions. (Published abstract)
