هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي للحد من ظاهرة التسرب لدى طلبة مدارس النقب داخل الخط الأخضر. وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (162) عاملا وعاملة من العاملين في المجالس المحلية تم اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة اشتملت على (41) فقرة. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن دور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي للحد من ظاهرة التسرب لدى طلبة مدارس النقب داخل الخط الأخضر كان بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود فرق دال إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات العينة لدور الإدارة المدرسية في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي للحد من ظاهرة التسرب لدى طلبة مدارس النقب داخل الخط الأخضر يعزى لاختلاف متغير المؤهل العلمي، ولصالح درجة البكالوريوس فما دون، وعدم وجود فرق دال إحصائيا يعزى لاختلاف متغيري الجنس والخبرة. وقد أوصت الدراسة عدة توصيات منها عقد دورات تأهيلية وتثقيفية لمديري المدارس لتطوير كفاياتهم ومهاراتهم القيادية في تفعيل الشراكة بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي وتوجيهها للحد من ظاهرة تسرب الطلبة، ووضع برامج وآليات فعالة للحد من ظاهرة التسرب، وعلاج أسبابها بالتعاون بين المدرسة والمجتمع المحلي. The study aimed to investigate the role of school administration in activating partnership between schools and local community for decreasing dropout student’s phenomenon among Negab schools within the green line. The study sample which selected randomly consisted of (162) employees of local administration. The questionnaire consisted of (41) items. The study finds that the role of school administration in activating partnership between schools and local community for decreasing dropout student’s phenomenon among Negab schools within the green line was medium. Also there was statistical significant difference in the role of school administration in activating partnership between schools and local community for decreasing dropout students phenomenon among Negab schools within the green line due to academic qualification for the benefit of bachelor's degree and less, and there were no statistical significant differences according to the gender, and the years of experience. The study recommends holding training and educational courses for school principals to develop their competencies and leadership skills in activating the partnership between the school and the local community and directing them to reduce dropout student’s phenomenon, and the development of effective programs and mechanisms to decreasing dropout student’s phenomenon.
