هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى استقصاء أثر برنامج تعليمي في مبحث التربية الفنية قائم على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات في تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى طلاب الصف العاشر الأساسي في محافظة إربد، تكونت عينة الدراسة من (81) طالبا من الصف العاشر الأساسي في محافظة إربد، تم توزيعهم عشوائيا إلى مجموعتين: إحداهما تجريبية مكونة من (40) طالبا درست باستخدام البرنامج التعليمي القائم على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، والأخرى ضابطة مكونة من (41) طالبا درست بالطريقة الاعتيادية. ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم إعداد برنامج تعليمي قائم على تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، بعد الكشف عن مهارات التفكير الابداعي اللازمة لطلاب الصف العاشر في مبحث التربية الفنية، كما تم تطوير اختبار التفكير الإبداعي، وقد تم التحقق من صدقهما وثباتهما. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين طلاب المجموعتين التجريبية والضابطة تعزى لطريقة التدريس في جميع مهارات التفكير الإبداعي وفي الدرجة الكلية للتفكير الإبداعي، وجاءت الفروق لصالح المجموعة التجريبية. وفي ضوء النتائج أوصت الدراسة بإيلاء التعّلم باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات عناية واهتماما أكثر، والعمل على تعميمه في الميدان التربوي. مع العمل على توفير البيئة والمواد التعليمية المناسبة لتوظيف التدريس باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وتدريب المعلمين في الميدان على خطوات التدريس باستخدام تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات، وعقد دورات وورش تدريبية في مجال تنمية التفكير الإبداعي لدى الطلبة. This study aimed to investigate the effect of learning program based on information and communication technology on developing creative thinking among tenth graders students in Irbid governorate. The study sample consisted of (81) students, were chosen from tenth graders students in Irbid governorate, they distributed randomly into two groups control group (41) studied art curriculum through normal method, and the experimental group(40) studied art curriculum through learning program based on information and communication technology. In order to provide answers to the study question, the researcher used creative thinking test. The validity and reliability of the instrument were verified by the suitable educational and statistical methods. After analyzing the results by the statistical method the findings were: there were statistical significant differences at the level of statistical significance (α = 0.05) in the averages on the creative thinking test attributed to the group, in favor of the experimental group. The study recommended to giving more attention to learning through ICT, and disseminating it in education field, while providing the environment and teaching materials suitable for teaching using ICTs, and training teachers on teaching steps using information and communication technology, and holding training courses and workshops in the field of developing creative thinking among students.
