This study aims at recognizing the impact of using Jigsaw strategy on developing reflective thinking skills in jurisprudence (Fiqh) among female 11th graders – Shari Track. The researcher used a Content Analysis for Unit II tool (Zakat and its provisions), and test for the skills of reflective thinking in jurisprudence (Fiqh). The researcher used the descriptive analytical approach, and the quasi-experimental approach. A sample of (60) female students from the 11th graders (Shari Track) was applied, a sample of (30) students from Farouk al-Farra Secondary School for Girls as experimental group studied according (Jigsaw) strategy, and a sample of (30) students from Bait Al-Maqdis Secondary School for Girls as the control group studied according to the normal way. The most important conclusions: There were significant differences between the mean of scores students in the experimental group differences and the control group in the test reflective thinking for the experimental group in each of the detection of fallacies skill, and skill to give convincing explanations, and skill of putting proposed solutions, and the total score of the test, while the results showed that there were no statistically significant differences between grades of female students in the experimental group and students in the control group skill to reach conclusions. The most important recommendations: The teacher should use targeted strategies such as (Jigsaw) strategy, and employ them as well as teaching methods based on the student. (Author's abstract)
