This study aimed to investigate the effect of the use of bags work in the development of writing skills at the third grade pupils basis. The study identified as a problem by asking the next President: What is the effect of using work bags in the development of writing skills at the third grade students of the foundation? Branching from the main question the following sub-questions: 1) What writing skills available in the Arabic language book third grade of primary and which should be developed with the students of this class? 2) Are there significant differences between the pre-test and post the results of the pupils of the experimental group differences as a result of the use of bags work? 3) Are there significant differences between the average scores of the experimental group and the average differences in degrees of the control group posttest clerical? skills To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used the experimental method, where the study sample consisted taken deliberate of all pupils in a way third-row basis school males Jabaliya of First Instance (a) Northern governorate, and then was selected experimental group and the control group at random, as the number of respondents (72) pupils, then was chosen the experimental group, the third row (4) and the number of members (36) pupil studied the work in accordance with the bags, and a control group III (2) and the number of members (36) pupils were taught the usual way. The most study tools at work bags, and test writing skills are of (57) items, as the researcher prepare a special teacher's guide recruiting strategy work bags, and after viewing the study tools on a group of arbitrators and experts; been applied writing skills tested on a pilot sample of ( 30) students from outside the study sample and that school males Jabalya Primary (e), so as to ensure validity and reliability of the test, and validate the assumptions and answer the questions of the study was to use some of the appropriate statistical tests, the most important test (T independent test) of the differences between the two groups, and reliability coefficient manner Cooder Richardson for all the paragraphs of the test. After the application of the study tools and data analysis results of the study showed the following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = <0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group in the pre-test and the average scores in the posttest. 2) There are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α = <0.05) between the average scores of the experimental group and the group average degrees of control in the writing skills in the post test. In light of these findings the study recommended the following: 1) employment strategy work bags "on a broader level of the sample of the present study, because of their impact on the development of writing skills among students. 2) Cooperation teachers of the same subject matter in the formulation of labor and employment portfolios in teaching various courses. 3) attention to the development of writing skills among students the essential first stage, because of their impact on the performance of pupils in the Arabic language course in particular, and all other courses in general.
