The study aimed to : 1) At the collection of knowledge paintbrush plane for students of the fourth stage in the colleges of physical education at universities Kurdistan Regional scale. 2) Recognize the relationship between social intelligence and some kinetic capabilities for students of the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Salahuddin / Erbil. 3) Recognize the relationship between social intelligence and cognitive achievement paintbrush plane for the students of the fourth stage in the Faculty of Physical Education at the University of Salahuddin / Erbil. The researchers have used the descriptive survey manner and studies standard questionnaire, relevance and search method. And included the research community on the fourth year students in the colleges of physical education at universities (Salahuddin, Sulaimaniya, Soran) who were taught badminton material. The researchers relied statistical methods with the system (SPSS-Vertian 20) in the analysis of the results depending on: Percentage, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, Pearson correlation coefficient. In addition to the use, Kiodr- Richardson equation (20), difficulty coefficient, the discriminatory power. They found some of the conclusions and most important: 1) that the game of badminton games that need a good response and precision and the ability of the learner to distance perception and mental abilities, especially intelligence. 2) The brainpower as mental attention perception plays a role in increasing cognitive information about the basic skills in a game of badminton.(Published abstract)
