There are a lot of changes happen concerns political, social and economic stations which reflects on effectiveness of leadership behavior, so it becomes the most important thing in present time. The choice of persons who works at sport field and its management requires a style of art administration and good behavior in different situation, whether it was administrative or technical situations because, administration is technical situations because, administration is regarded as an art and science. The Sport lesson is considering a social style which persons require a life style, community values and tendency. This process is an interaction for the person with its environment where he / she live through the interaction with help in solving problems. Groups has a great influence on persons behavior, it will be recognize that when persons can play with groups, he / she recognizes that to be acceptable he /she must behave just like them so the researcher attains to many re commendations and conclusions which fits the present time.(Published abstract)
