The study was conducted on (288) students from the students of the Faculty of Physical Education at Babylon University for the academic year 2012-2013.the scales and questionnaires including educational, psychological, social, and health information were distributed. And the researcher relied on the descriptive method of both approaches, survey and case study, for its suitability in solving the search problem identified in the existence of educational, psychological, social and health problems to students, and requires the development of targets for treatment by identifying these problems correcting them to the male and female students. The study showed up that the rate (0.31%) of the students were constantly absent;(27.8%) of them failed in the academic years; (57.3%) of them were misdirected towards the future; (53.8%) of them had a low achievement; (50.7%) of them were with a low social behavior; (54.2%) of them were having a low social skills; and (56.6) of them were with a non-good healthy behavior. The findings of research were that students of physical education increases their absence from lectures, frequent failure, future attitudes, self-realization, and behavior and social skills as well as bad healthy behavior they have with a high rate. The study recommends the need for paying attention for the section of physical education students, which depends upon them in activating the physical education curriculum in Education, higher education institutions, sports and youth organizations, with reliance on reformation and putting guidance programs to address the educational, psychological, and social and health problems.
