هدفت الدراسة تقصي دور الإدارة الجامعية في مواجهة العنف الطلابي - من وجهة نظر الطلبة في جامعة آل البيت. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي، وتم إعداد استبانة قسّمت إلى مجالين: الأول: الأساليب المتبعة في الإدارة الجامعية لمواجهة العنف الجامعي؛ والمجال الثاني: الإجراءات الوقائية للإدارة الجامعية لمواجهة العنف. وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها بعد تحكيمها. طبقت الدراسة على عينة من طلبة جامعة آل البيت، تألفت من 1899 طالبا وطالبة بحسب متغيرات الدراسة (الجنس، الكلية، والمستوى الأكاديمي). بينت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 تعزى لأثر الكلية، ولصالح الكليات الإنسانية. أما الإجراءات الوقائية وبحسب متغيرات الدراسة فقد أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 تعزى للجنس، والمستوى الأكاديمي؛ وكذلك وجود فروق ذوات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة α=0.05 تعزى للتخصص، ولصالح التخصصات العلمية. This study aimed to investigate the role of university administration in encountering students’ violence from students’ perceptions at Al Albayt university. The researcher adopted the analytical descriptive approach. A questionnaire consisted of 31 items and divided into two divisions; effective followed methods in university administration to encounter students’ violence and preventive procedures for university administration to encounter the violence. The tool of the study was verified for its reliability and validation. A sample of 1899 male and female students was drawned from Al Albayt University students according to (gender, college, academic level) variables. The results of the study revealed that there are statistical significant differences at α=0.05 attributed to (gender and academic level) in effective methods and there are statistical significant differences at α=0.05 attributed to the college speciality; the differences came in favor of human specialization. The results showed that there are no statistical significant differences at α=0.05 attributed to (gender, academic level) according to the preventive procedures and there are statistical significant differences at α=0.05 attributed to specialization; the differences came in favor of scientific specializations.
