The current research aimed at clarifying the effectiveness of a website and its use in teaching the grammar skills (defining, understanding, applying, analyzing, formatting, correcting) of the students of the Institute of Teaching Arabic for its non-speakers in the Islamic University in Madinah. As for, it depends on the Analytical Descriptive Method in designing the research tools and subjects including; the achievement test and the suggested website. Moreover, the researcher used the Quazi-Experimental Method to measure the effectiveness of the suggested program. The research sample included 60 student divided into two group, the first is the experimental one 30 student and the second is the control group (30 student). The research reached some results such as: 1) there are some statistical differences in the main scores of the students in Pretest and posttest of the experimental group for the post test. 2) There are some statistical differences in the main scores of the students in Pretest and posttest of the control group for the post test. 3) There are no statistical differences in the main scores of the students of experiment and control groups in defining skill. 4) There are some statistical differences in the main scores of the students in posttest of the cognitive achievement test for the grammar skills of non-Arabic speakers in (understanding, applying, analyzing, formatting, correcting, the total score of the test) for the experimental group. 5) There is a great effect of the website in developing of the Students of the Institute of Teaching Arabic For Its Non Speakers in the Islamic University in Madinah. In addition, the research introduced some recommendations and suggestions that can be helpful in developing the skills of non-Arabic speakers including designing modern technology based specialized programs.
