The purpose of this study is to find out the paths of careers in the educational facilities in Jeddah. Also to expose the statistical differences in the degree of career paths due to the different experience in the current jobs. The sample that participated in the study was 30% from the study pool, which totaled of 107 educational supervisors, and the researcher used the descriptive method as well as the comparative method. In order to make this study productive, the researcher built this study based on previous questionnaires derived from previous theoretical studies. This research has three elements: 1) Career path on the personal level, 2) Career path on the organizational level and 3) Career path on both, the personal level and the organizational level. The study showed that the career path among the staff at the educational facilities was at a moderate degree in the perspective of supervisors. The career path among the supervisors at the educational facilities came out to be moderate as well when it comes to the personal level. In terms of the organizational level, the result came out to be low. In the light of this study, the researcher recommended that the ministry of education to establish a committee to plan the paths of careers for supervisors, and illustrate the structure, requirements and terms for each career path.
