The study aimed to identify the estimated of relevance of the performance of educational leaders in pre-university institutions to the requirements of sustainable development in Palestine. To achieve this objective, the researcher used the analytical descriptive method using a questionnaire consisting of (15) paragraphs identified in one axis. (111) educational leader distributed to the directorates of education in the Gaza strip by (50%) of the original community, the study has reached many of the most important results that the degree of adequacy of the performance of educational leaders in pre-university education institutions are relatively high, , and that the exploitation of educational leaders of technological innovations in achieving the dimensions of sustainable development reached (74.70%), which is high, and there is a weakness by educational leaders to take into account the criteria of resource sustainability in carrying out tasks.
