هدفت الدراسة إلى تقصي فاعلية استخدام برامج الرسم الرقمي بالاستعانة بالألواح الذكية في تدريس مقرر التربية الفنية من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الفنية في دولة الكويت. تكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع معلمي التربية الفنية في المدارس الحكومية في دولة الكويت وبلغ عددهم (700) ويشمل التوجيه الفني وهم موجهي و رؤساء أقسام التربية الفنية، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من معلمي التربية الفنية في جميع المناطق التعليمية في دولة الكويت وبلغ عدد أفرادها (388)، فشملت مجموعة من المعلمين والمعلمات، تم اختيارهم بالطريقة القصدية، في الفصل الدراسي الأول (2017 / 2016)، وقد تم توزيع الاستبانات إلكترونيا . وتم استخدام استبانة من إعداد وتطوير الباحث لجمع البيانات، بعد أن تأكد من صدقها وثباتها. وبعد جمع البيانات و تحليلها إحصائيا وإدخالها حاسوبيا أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة ( 0.05 > a ) في قبول تدريس الرسم الرقمي بإستخدام بالالواح الذكية خلافاً للطريقة الاعتيادية بدرجة متوسطة تعزى للخبرة وللعمر، كما تبين عدم وجود ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للجنس و المؤهل العلمي في فاعلية استخدام برامج الرسم الرقمي بالاستعانة بالألواح الذكية في تدريس مقرر التربية الفنية من وجهة نظر معلمي التربية الفنية في دولة الكويت. وقد خرجت الدراسة بعدد من التوصيات. This study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of the use ofdigital painting programs using smart boards in the teaching of art education course from the standpoint of teachers of art education in the State of Kuwait. The study population consisted of all teachers in art education in public schools in the State of Kuwait be numbered (700) and includes technical guidance and are directors and heads of technical education departments, the study sample consisted of teachers of art education in all school districts in the State of Kuwait and the number of members (388), encompassing a group of teachers, chosen purposely, in the first semester (2017/2016), the questionnaires were distributed electronically. It was the use of a questionnaire prepared by the researcher and the development of data collection, after we confirm the validity and reliability. After data collection and statistical analysis and entered into a computerized results showed no statistically significant differences at the level (0.05> a) to accept the teaching of digital painting using smart boards in contrast to the way the usual moderately due to the experience and age, it turns out that there were no statistically significant differences due to gender and Qualification in the effectiveness of the use of digital painting programs using smart boards in the teaching of art education course from the standpoint of teachers of art education in the State of Kuwait.
