هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة الاختلاف بين آراء أعضاء هيئة التدريس فيما يتعلق بوجهة نظرهم نحو دواعي صياغة فلسفة تربوية إسلامية لمواجهة التحديات التي يفرضها عصر العولمة، تبعًا لمتغيرات المرتبة العلمية والجنس والاختصاص. ومن أجل ذلك صمم الباحث استبانة تكونت من 24 فقرة توزعت على أربعة أبعاد بعد أن تم التأكد من صدقها وثباتها. اختيرت العينة بطريقة المسح الشامل مكونة من 94 عضوًا من أعضاء هيئة التدريس (ذكورًا وإناثًا) يشكلون نحو 79.67% من مجتمع الدراسة الأصلي. أظهرت النتائج موافقة أفراد العينة بدرجة كبيرة على جميع دواعي صياغة فلسفة تربوية إسلامية لمواجهة تحديات عصر العولمة. من جهة أخرى أظهرت نتائج الدراسة عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس نحو دواعي صياغة فلسفة تربوية إسلامية لمواجهة تحديات عصر العولمة تبعًا لمتغير الجنس، في حين أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود فروق في وجهات نظر أفراد العينة نحو نفس الدواعي تبعًا لمتغير المرتبة العلمية بين الأستاذ والأستاذ المساعد لصالح الأستاذ، وعدم وجود فروق بين الأستاذ المساعد والمدرس. كما أظهرت نتائج الدراسة فروقًا بين اختصاصي التربية وعلم النفس لصالح اختصاص التربية. The study aims to identify the differences among the faculty members perceptions’ towards formulating an Islamic educational philosophy to meet the challenges posed by the globalization era. To achieve that, the researcher designed a questionnaire of 24 items on four dimensions. A sample of 94 male and female faculty members were selected. The results of the study showed an agreement among the sample study on all the reasons to formulate an Islamic educational philosophy to meet the challenges of the globalization era on one hand, and on the other hand the results showed the absence of statistically significant differences in the perceptions of the faculty members according to the ‘gender’ variable, while the results of the study showed differences in the perceptions of the sample towards the same reasons depending on the variable rank; academic between professor and assistant professor in favor of professor, and the absence of these differences between the assistant professor and the lecturer. Also the results of the study showed differences between the specializa¬tions of Education and Psychology in favor of Education. (Published abstract)
