يهدف البحث إلى: تعرف العلاقة الارتباطية بين كفاءة الذات المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي في مدارس مدينة حماة، وكذلك إلى تعرف دلالة الفروق في كلا المتغيرين تبعًا لمتغيري الجنس (ذكور وإناث)، والفرع الأكاديمي (علمي، أدبي). تم تطبيق مقياس كفاءة الذات المدركة تدريب وتطوير الجبور 2002 وهو من إعداد شيرير وآخرين ومقياس دافعية الإنجاز، تطوير سلامة المحسن 2006 بالاعتماد على مقياس (قطامي 1994، وعباينة 1999، والثمايلة 1999) وذلك على عينة من طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي بفرعيه العلمي والأدبي، مؤلفة من 203، طالبًا وطالبة تم اختيارها باستخدام طريقة العينة العشوائية البسيطة. وأسفرت نتائج البحث الحالي عن: 1) وجود علاقة دالة إحصائيًا عند مستوى دلالة 0.01 بين كفاءة الذات المدركة ودافعية الإنجاز لدى طلبة الصف الثاني الثانوي في مدارس مدينة حماة. 2) وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في كفاءة الذات المدركة وفقًا لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي لصالح طلبة العلمي. 3) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في كفاءة الذات المدركة وفقًا لمتغير الجنس. 4) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 دافعية الإنجاز وفقًا لمتغير التخصص الأكاديمي. 5) عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا عند مستوى دلالة 0.05 في دافعية الإنجاز وفقًا لمتغير الجنس. The present research aims to explore the correlation between self-perceived efficacy and achievement motivation among the students of the second grade in secondary schools in the city of Hama, and to Identify significant differences in the self-perceived efficacy and achievement motivation depending on the variables of sex (males and females) and academic major (Science and literature). Two scales for the measurement of self-perceived efficacy and of achieve¬ment motivation was applied to a sample of students from second grade secondary sections of scientific & literary, composed of 203. Male and Female students were selected using simple random sample. The present research emphasized the following results: 1) There is a statistically significant correlation 0.01 between Self-perceived efficacy and achievement motivation among the students of the second grade in the secondary schools in the city of Hama. 2) There are statistically significant differences in the Self-perceived efficacy according to the variable of academic major for students of science. 3) There are no statistically significant differences in the Self-perceived efficacy according to the variable of sex. 4) There are no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation, according to the variable of academic major. 5) There are no statistically significant differences in achievement motivation according to sex.
