This study aimed to developing a quality standard of programs and services of students with disabilities in University of Tabuk in light of international standards. It was applied to a sample of (116) faculty members at University of Tabuk with literary and scientific specialties. A questionnaire was developed to measure the degree of availability and degree of importance of the quality standards of the programs and services of students with disabilities consisted of (30) paragraphs about degree of availability and (30) paragraphs about importance of a quality standards of programs and services of students with disabilities in University. It distributed equally in three areas: Health programs and services, social and cultural programs and services, environmental programs and services. The researchers insured of reliability and validity of the questionnaire. The results showed that the degree of availability of quality standards for the programs and services of students with disabilities at Tabuk University was low, and the degree of importance of the quality standards of the programs and services of students with disabilities at Tabuk University was high. The dimension of environmental programs and services came first, followed by the dimension of health program and services. At the last level was the dimension of social and cultural programs and services. The results also indicated that there was no statistically significant differences at the level of (α =0.05) in the degree of availability and degree of importance of the quality standards of programs and services for students with disabilities at Tabuk University in light of the international standards from the point of view of faculty members due variables of gender and specialization.
