This study has included five chapters, the first chapter referred to the scientific and technological development in different forms of life considering sport education as most important field of human knowledge which develops aspects and rational imagination. This is done through the ability of speculation of the values of rhythmic movements of sports education college students. In chapter two, the study explained the concept of attention and rational imagination and concept and types of rhythmic movements and referred to the previous studies taken the similarities and differences into consideration. While in chapter three the study adapted the descriptive text and speculative studies to achieve the goals of the research and the choice of the hypothesis. The research community took the second year and third year students in the colleges of sports education in the universities Babylon and Karbala. Seventy seven students of the mentioned colleges were made as samples of research. The results of the statistical analysis through the relation of changes together made the following conclusion: The knowledge of attention aspects and rational imagination in each movement of rhythmic movements putting quantitative amounts to each rhythmic movement in the light of researched changes of the second year and third year students of sports education colleges in the universities of Babylon and Karbala.
