The process of evaluation of lecturer per from help establishment education to achieve some aims so that the researcher prepared these researches to find out the ability of lecturer of education sport of Babl university according to ISO which has been used by Babl university recently. These researches include the role of lecture, the ability of lecturer, ISO which has been used by Babl University recently. These researches include the role of lecturer, the of lecturer, ISO and how we can apply them in the higher education in fact they reduced the description curriculum survey way because it is suitable for these kind of researches. Total number (95,79 %) percent from original number . The researchers prepared questionnaire and gave it to the students to know their point of view. They leached to the following results. When they decide something, don't feel afraid from the fail from the fail and defend about their thoughts and ideas and these results get the higher percent between the male while the point of know ledge criticism analysis in the light of modern theory get the higher percent between female. There were some requests continuous evaluation in applying ISO in the higher education and establishment sport. Develop the ability of lecture in professional way to reduce the weakness in their perform , they should follow the standards in promotion the member of lectures establishment males seminar to talks about the problems of training which are faced by the students and how we can solve them according to ISO.
