هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى دور مديرات رياض الأطفال بمحافظة المفرق في تفعيل برنامج مشاركة أولياء الأمور في العملية التربوية، وأثر متغيرات (المؤهل العلمي، سنوات الخبرة، نوع الروضة، منطقة الروضة) في ذلك. تكونت عينة الدراسة من (130( مديرة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم بناء استبانة لقياس متغيرات الدراسة، وتكونت من (50) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات وهي (مجال الإدارة، مجال التخطيط، مجال تعاون الروضة والأهل، مجال التطوير التربوي). وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة إن دور مديرات رياض الأطفال بالمفرق في تفعيل برنامج أولياء الأمور جاء بدرجة مرتفعة، وجاءت المجالات مرتبة تنازلياً على التوالي(الإدارة، التطوير التربوي، تعاون الروضة والأهل، التخطيط) حيث جاء مجال الإدارة ومجال التطوير التربوي بدرجة تقدير مرتفعة، وجاءت باقي المجالات جميعها بدرجة تقدير متوسطة، أظهرت الدراسة وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي في جميع المجالات، لصالح حملة الدكتوراه، ووجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة في جميع المجالات لصالح من خبرتهم أكثر من (10) سنوات، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (a≤0.05) تعزى لمتغير نوع الروضة ومنطقة الروضة في جميع المجالات، وفي ضوء النتائج توصي الباحثة بما يلي: العمل على عقد الدورات التدريبية لمديرات رياض الأطفال من أجل تأهيلهن في كيفية تفعيل برنامج مشاركة أولياء الأمور. The present study aimed at investigating the role of kindergartens’ principals at Al-Mafraq governorate in activating parents’ participation in educational process. Based on the variables of: qualification, years of experience, kindergarten section and kindergarten’s region. The sample of the study was 130 female principals from Al Mafraq governorate. To achieve the aim of the study, the researcher constructed a questionnaire which consisted of 50 items distributed on four domains: school management, educational development, planning and the cooperation between kindergarten and parents . Descriptive statistics and ANCOVA were used to analyze the principals' responses in the four domains of the questionnaire. The results showed that the role of kindergartens’ principals at Al-Mafraq governorate in activating parents’ participation in educational process was high in domains of questionnaire: school management and educational development, in addition, it was moderate in domains of the questionnaire: planning and the cooperation between kindergarten and parents. The results further showed that, there are statistically differences at a significance level of (α≤ 0.05) on the variable of qualification in all domains, in favor of those who have doctoral dissertation. There are statistically differences at a significance level of (α≤ 0.05) on the variable of years of experience in all domains in favor of those have experience from 10 years. No statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05) were found on the variable of kindergarten section in all domains. No statistically significant differences at (α≤ 0.05)were found on the variable of kindergarten’s region in all domains. Based on the results of the study, the researcher recommended prepare principles and develop their capacity to be effective in activating parents’ participation. (Author’s abstract)
