The present study aimed to identify the availability degree of servant leadership dimensions of the principals in the basic education schools in Al-Dhahirah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Laub model, study used a descriptive method also used the questionnaire to collect data and information were applied to a sample of (208) teachers. The findings of the study showed that the availability degree of servant leadership dimensions of the principals in the basic education schools in Al-Dhahirah governorate in the Sultanate of Oman in the light of the Laub model was came generally high; they also came high of all fields: values people - develops people - builds community - displays authenticity - oviding leadership - shares leadership; results also showed that there were no significant differences at α ≤ 0.05 in the study variables which are, years of experience and academic level, but these differences were found in the sex variable and for females.
