This study is about The Role of the Moot Court In developing the applied legal education, Law Department at Palestine Ahlia University as a Model. This study aims to identify the concept of the moot court, it’s structure, scope, necessity, emergence, components, and it’s essential statues at Law Department- Palestine Ahlia University. Consequently, the study concluded the substantial relation between moot court and the other different departments in the university. In addition, moot court has special rules and procedures have to be followed in moot court training, in order to reach the goal of moot court, which is improving the applied legal education and linking between the theoretical and practical aspects of the legal education. To achieve this goal, there are some obstacles and barriers. (Published Abstract)
