The study aimed at identifying and answering the study questions represented in the degree of the basic requirements availability of using the electronic communication means in the administrative tasks for private schools principals in alqwismeh directorate of education from teachers point of view and the difficulties of using them (gender, education, experience and major) variables. The researcher used the descriptive survey method, as the study society was a random stratified sample of the teachers of the education directorate of qweisma consisting of (145) male and female. The study tool which was developed on the form of a questionnaire consisted of three fields: availability of technical requirements of electronic media availability, personal skills of the school principal, and difficulties related to connection and communication. The study tool’s reliability and stability were measured, as well as calculating the arithmetic means, standard deviations and anova test for the purpose of answering the study questions. The researcher reached several results, the most important of which is that no statistically significant differences were found in the degree of basic requirements availability of electronic media in administrative work of targeted private school principals attributed to (education, gender, experience and major) variables. The technical requirements of electronic media were high for eight requirements from the technical requirements of electronic media. The researcher made several recommendations, the most important of which is to make plans, programs and policies to activate the electronic communication process among all the educational institutions of governmental bodies in accordance to a specific period covering all the geographic areas.
