The present research aims at determinate validity and reliability in Karazek's content questionnaire (JCQ) version 27 item on the Algerian environment. For this purpose, the researcher has translated the genuine version into Arabic (was translated and back translated complying with the JCQ usage policy) then the translated version has been applied after making sure that it contains no mistakes on a random sample made up of (133) primary school teachers from Oum El Bouaghi. The findings of the research about the validity of the Arabic translated questionnaire (survey) concept show that there are evidences of high internal consistency and meaning between items and their related main and sub dimensions, also between dimensions and the total score. Whole Discriminate Validity The Arabic Translated survey presents a high degree of differentiating validity. The factorial analysis has revealed 7 factors. The Arabic translated shows a high stability. Through the method of test once, the split half reliability coefficient was estimated to (0.699).The Alpha Cronbach coefficient ranged between (0.55-0.802). For the test and the re-test reliability, her correlation coefficients, it ranged between (0.884-0.683). (Published Abstract)
