This study aims to evaluate psychometrie properties of the Generalized Self-Efficacy Scale- Algeriase version (GES). A selected sample of N=339 including 288 females and 111 males of high Shool students, as selected sample of other different from the basic sample consisting of N=69 males and females students used to test-retest methed. To evaluate the reliability of the scale, used four (04) ways: Gronbach’s alpha coefficient, and the stability of test-retest mothed, and Guttman coefficient,and the cofficient of spearman and Brown. The validity of sacle was confirmed through several ways : the face validity, items validity, concurrent validity and construct validity using Exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. This work adds to previous resarch on generalized self-efficacy instruments, with good psychometric qualities. (Published Abstract)
