The aim of this study was to identify the degree of satisfaction of faculty members on the performance of the scientific councils at Najran University 2016/2017. A questionnaire consisting of 38 paragraphs, distributed over 3 domains was used to achieve the objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of 231 faculty members at Najran University, of which 169 males and 62 females. The results of the study showed that the degree of satisfaction of faculty members on the performance of the scientific councils at Najran University has reached a high level. The results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of satisfaction of the teaching staff of the faculty on the performance of the scientific councils at Najran University attributed to sex variable. There were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of the section. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the scientific rank variable in favor of higher scientific rank. The results showed that there were no significant differences due to the variable of years of experience. (Published abstract)
