The research is interested in devising ways to achieve the learning process through the use of special exercises because of their importance in learning skills in sports, especially gymnastics, cause these exercises carry similarities with performance، whose effect lies in achieving the practice of the nature of the skill، which leads to the development of groups that share in performance. So, it has been prepared special exercises using the Swiss seat to learn the lateral landing on a parallel device for men. The researcher used the experimental method. The sample includes the students of the fifth stage consisting of 40 students at teacher training institute in Khanaqin, the sample divided into two groups. Each group consisted of 20 students. The experimental group was chosen by lottery method. The researcher conducted the pilot study, pretests then applying the exercises and the plan which are already prepared. Then the posttests were carried out. The data were processed statistically (SPSS), then analyzing and discussing the results. The results showed the positive effect of the exercises according to the importance of the research. (Published abstract)
